Colchester PSB

I am doing some research can anyone confirm the area covered by Colchester box
I thought it was Chelmsford to Stowmarket. The seaside to mid way to Cambridge
Am I correct?

Colchester to london side of Clacton
Ipswich to Felixstowe
Manningtree to country side of Mistley
Haughley Junction to about Thurston
Norwich to a little before Whitligham junction

First Signal Down Main CO1005. Last Signal Up Main CO1004

GB fairly accurate, well, apart from Frinton / Walton
also Norwich to C/S Wymondham on the Thetford Line.

Colchester to Bentley (Suffolk). Colchester to Thorpe/ Frinton MCS.
Ipswich to Norwich, Felixstowe, Bury, Norwich, Whitlingham, Wymondham: NX
