Colas Rail Class 37s

I commute via Flitwick and Arlesey, and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to catch the Colas Rail Class 37s when they run the UTU Service during the daytime. I've used RTT to find a service named 3Q03 1005 which runs during the day but this seems to run on every day following the 15th September which doesn't seem right to me. I was wondering whether there was any way to find out when a class 37 will be running and whether 3Q03 is the only service that runs during the daytime, would be very grateful for any thoughts and suggestions!

By their nature, the UTU trains almost always run during the night and stable
all day between workings, apart from the occasional daytime transit move,
such as...

I've used RTT to find a service named 3Q03 1005 which runs during the day but this seems to run on every day following the 15th September which doesn't seem right to me.

That particular train runs roughly every three months - it last ran on July 10th
and is next booked to run on Thursday October 30th.

I was wondering whether there was any way to find out when a class 37 will be running

My website publishes detailed test train loco diagrams every month...

and whether 3Q03 is the only service that runs during the daytime...?

There are a handful of other daytime UTO moves, such as Derby to Exeter (next run September 22nd) and
Derby to Skegness (next run September 29th) and 37s are also booked to work the daytime PLPR trains
that cover East Anglia and the Manchester area, both of which run every four weeks.

Not sure if these are the particular 37’s you are referring to but I shunted 37254 & 37219 out of my yard this evening on 3Q26 headcode.

I'll keep an eye out for 3Q26, I'd be delighted to see any class 37 as I haven't been able to catch one before, I'm wondering if there may be other places I could see one such as in London or on the Marston vale line as its not too difficult to get to both those places for me.

I'd be delighted to see any class 37 as I haven't been able to catch one before,

37405+175 have been working around London/East Anglia with PLPR1 all this week;
here they are at Maningtree yesterday:

37405 at Manningtree

I'm wondering if there may be other places I could see one such as in London or on the Marston vale line as its not too difficult to get to both those places for me.

The monthly East Anglian train is the most accessible 37-hauled test train in the London area;
almost everything else runs overnight.
