I've tried searching but can't find much info on the Salary, rough roster and T&C's for a driver with colas freight? I believe the salary is £58350 when fully signed off but that's about all I can find. Does anyone have a rough idea? TIA

What happens with pay negotiations with Colas? With ASLEF not being recognised, is there any negotiations or do they just have to accept what is offered?

Aren’t Colas made up of ex Serco Railtest staff, ex staff from various OTM firms who have been brought out and pure Colas staff all on varying degrees of terms?
