CNL Cutbacks?

Does anyone have a list of all the proposed cutbacks to CNL (& indeed any other sleeper services) from the December 2014 timetable change.

Definite is the following:
All services to Copenhagen.
Hamburg/Berlin/Munich to Paris
The Warsaw/Praha service from Amsterdam will most likely run from either Cologne or Dortmund.

According to Seat61, the Copenhagen train will probably be withdrawn from 1st November. If you search for journeys on dates in November it currently still appears in the results, but without any advance purchase fares.

a few years ago, several services were withdrawn for Nov - mid Dec, it being the deadest season for CNL, so the report is plausible.

I think I read somewhere that Hamburg Munich might go via Mannheim and serve Stuttgart, using the capacity freed up by withdrawing the Paris services, but that leaves Berlin Munich out on a limb....

I was hoping to do the Copenhagen run in November, but looking on the bahn.com website, it won't tell you availability until you put in full payment details. The trains still come up for 18th Nov on the timetable page.

Does anyone know if the trains are definitely gone by that date?

Most likely. Due to construction works in lower saxony, many CNLs are not bookable, including the Praha service as well.
Sadly that is again poor communications on part of CNL

Okay, picked an alternate to my original Danish plan, I was trying to book the Prague to Cologne sleeper for the 24th and it comes up with a warning that the train might not be able to stop at Wutterpal. Is that station likely to be completely inaccessible due to the engineering works? Fancied a ride on the monorail, but not on a rail replacement bus!

Is the sleeper likely to still run, just via a different route to Cologne?

Most likely. The DB website has an engineering works section which might tell you more.

Trying to book the CNL Munich to Paris trains for late November, every night seems to be coming up fully booked. Are they stopping these trains early or is there a big spike in demand?

neither. Its simply listed-to show it will probably run somehow, BUT the timings are not yet definite, nor the traincomposition, so they break the booking later in the process. This is also what all prospective CPH-customers report. Try later, but I think its wise to think about plan B.
The only high demand to/fro MUC is around the (currently on) ''Oktoberfest''.
