The disused Charing Cross platforms are often visited on tube railtours, but I don't think you're allowed to get out onto the platforms. I'm not sure about other closed stations.
Yes, 1....
Can't get out tho!

Verney junction, on on the Bicester - Bletchly line, which may reopened.
You're not going to believe this, but this was one the northern terminus of the metropolitan line and therefore also a disused underground station.

I wish I knew where the hell I was at the time so I could go back & photo it...
If its the same signal box as I know, its 6 miles south of Evesham on the A46 dual carriageway.. It's a 'concrete' box construction which sort of says its 1950's construction...Now the trees have shed their leaves its much more visible.
As of this evening London will have a new disused station in the form of Kings Cross Thameslink!!! does anyone know of any upcoming plans for the site?
It isnt the furthest north either, some of the platforms still exist at Woodford Halse near Daventry in Warwickshire which is the furthest north disused underground station
Ruddington station on the former LNER line through Nottinghamshire unfortunately has been built on and is now a housing estate. You can still see the odd rail, the 2 platforms and lots of sleepers.
Isn't Ruddington on the GCR(N)?
