We next move to Scotland for the next journey.....

This is number 2022 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Bankhead
It follows the line of the CR Dolphinton Branch Line
It then follows the line of the Leadburn, Linton and Dolphinton Railway...via Dolphinton (LLDR)
It then follows the line of the Peebles Railway...via Leadburn
It then follows the line of the Edinburgh and Hawick Railway...via Dalhousie
It then follows the line of the Berwickshire Railway...via Earlston
It then follows the line of the North British Railway Main Line...via Reston (1st station)
It then follows the line of the NER Kelso Bramch Line...via Velvet Hall
It then follows the line of the NER Cornhill Branch Line...via Mindrum
It then follows the line of the NER Alnwick Branch Line...via Alnwick
It then follows the line of the Newcastle and Berwick Railway...via Warkworth...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway...via Elswick...via the North Wylam loop line
It then follows the line of the Hexham and Allendale Railway...via Elrington Halt
The journey ends at the closed station of Allendale

The first closed station on this journey is Bankhead
