We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 2008 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Bodfari
It follows the line of the Mold & Denbigh Junction Railway
It then follows the line of the Mold Railway...via Mold
It then follows the line of the Chester and Crewe Railway...via Waverton (2nd station)...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Whitchurch and Tattenhall Railway...via Tattenhall
It then follows the line of the Oswestry, Ellesmere and Whitchurch Railway...via Fenn's Bank
It then follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway...via Llynclys
It then follows the line of the Llanidloes and Newtown Railway...via Scafell Halt...via Llandinam
It then follows the line of the Mid-Wales Railway...via Tylwch
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Hay and Brecon Railway...via Glasbury-on-Wye
It then follows the line of the Golden Valley Railway...via Clifford
It then follows the line of the Newport, Abergavenny & Hereford Railway...via Pontrilas
It then follows the line of the Shrewsbury and Hereford Railway...via Moreton-on-Lugg
It then follows the line of the GWR Shrewsbury to Wolverhampton Line...via Abbey Foregate
It then follows the line of the Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway...via Heath Town
It then follows the line of the LNWR Perry Barr to Soho Junction Line...via Wood Green (Old Bescot)...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Stour Valley Railway...via Winson Green...via Albion...via Deepfields and Coseley...note 1st and 2nd stations
The journey ends at the closed station of Monmore Green

The first closed station on this journey is Bodfari
