We next move to England for the next journey.....

This is number 1996 in the series so far.....

It then follows the line of the Great Northern Railway Main Line...via Three Counties
It then follows the line of the NER Selby to Driffield Line...via Cliff Common
It then follows the line of the Malton and Driffield Junction Railway...via Garton
It then follows the line of the Thirsk and Malton Railway...via Amotherby
It then follows the line of the North Eastern Railway Main Line...via Pilmoor
It then follows the line of the NER Durham to Bishop Auckland Line...via Brandon Colliery
It then follows the line of the Clarence Railway Byers Green Branch Line...via Coundon
It then follows the line of the Clarence Railway...via Spennymoor
It then follows the line of the Clarence Railway Port Clarence Branch Line...via Belasis Lane
The journey ends at the closed station of Port Clarence

The first closed station on this journey is St Albans (London Road)
