Well, we finished that last journey a mere five minutes before the BT engineer had fully fitted and tested the new flue. He is just leaving.

In the year since I moved into this house, I have have had to have work done on jobs that the previous elderly lady resident "had put off".

Please give me a little time in which to launch the next journey.

We next move to Scotland for the next journey.....

This is number 1990 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Ballinluig
It follows the line of the Inverness and Perth Junction Railway
It then follows the line of the Inverness and Aviemore Direct Railway...via Tomatin
It then follows the line of the Inverness and Nairn Railway...via Allanfearn
It then follows the line of the Inverness and Aberdeen Junction Railway...via Auldearn
It then follows the line of the Keith and Dufftown Railway...via Auchindachy...beware of heritage stations
It then follows the line of the Strathspey Railway...via Craigellachie
It then follows the line of the Inverness and Perth Junction Railway...via Grantown-on-Spey (West)
The journey ends at the closed station of Rafford

The first closed station on this journey is Ballinluig
