I admit to a modicum of confusion, too. I suspect that my posting of Auldbar Road was incorrect. Should it have been Friockheim? A little more guidance needed.

Please bear in mind that this quiz is not a degree level knowledge test on the minutiae of closed stations but that of a general knowledge based quiz that will be enjoyable to all contestants.

************************************************

(Rule 21)...Each contestant is only to make one posting of a station at a time (exception being guide notes) and to wait for another contestant to make a follow-on posting.
However, should a posting impasse occur, the next closed station after the position of the impasse can be named, in order that the quiz can continue, with information about the matter in hand.
In that special case, the next closed station after Elliot Junction is .....

Easthaven

Stepping Hill Hospital, where my younger twin son took me in his car this afternoon, carried out a number of tests (including the hated MRI scan) and at 2145, they told us that they would not be keeping me in overnight for observation. The department that I was in was extremely busy all the time that I was there and I was back at home a few minutes ago, now in front of my HP Pavilion Desktop Computer large monitor screen.

My son brought his "computer notebook (?)" with him and I used it to send certain messages.

I sincerely hope you'll be taking it easy for the reminder of the evening
