Trepidation was indeed an attribute to possess on these plethora of lines in the Dowlais and the Merthyr area, especially the short connecting lines, but remember the previous Dowlais Top station was the little-known LNWR station.....not the more familiar one known to the more pedantic of "The Regulars" on this quiz. To move matters on, the connecting line from Dowlais Top LNWR station would then meet....
