A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We next move to England for the next journey.....

This is number 632 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Lindal
It follows the line of the Furness Railway....via Furness Abbey
It then follows the line of the Cumbrian Coast Line (northwards)
It then follows the line of the LNWR & FR Joint Railway
It then follows the line of the Whitehaven, Cleator and Egremont Railway...via Yeathouse
It then follows the line of the Cockermouth and Workington Railway
It then follows the line of the Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith Railway
It then follows the line of the Lancaster and Carlisle Railway
It then follows the line of the Lancaster and Preston Junction Railway
It then follows the line of the North Union Railway
It then follows the line of the Liverpool and Manchester Railway
It then follows the line of the Warrington and Newton Railway
It then follows the line of the Grand Junction Railway
It then follows the line of the Crewe and Shrewsbury Railway
It then follows the line of the Shrewsbury and Birmingham Railway
It then follows the line of the Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of North Walsall

The first closed station on this journey is Lindal
