HALT CALLED AGAIN

The two stations of Arceldon and Oatlands shown above are NOT on the current line of the Whiteheven, Cleator and Egremont Railway, but in fact are on "The Bairds Line" section of the Cleator and Workington Junction Railway.

Both those two postings need to be struck-through.

Eskett isn't the correct station here. It had to close in 1872 due to subsidence problems, and the line to/from Cleator Moor was diverted - via a new alignment to the west, with a new station too. As this is the more recently-closed stop, it is the one we should be using on this game I think.

Eskett is a valid posting on this quiz as it was a station that carried passenger traffic on the Whitehaven, Cleator and Egremont Railway from 12th February 1864 to 11th June 1872 that was originally used and its line to the following station (beginning with "F") is still valid also.
