I think not. Neath Canalside seems to have been on a spur. Suggest we take the chord to the V of N at Dynevor Junction (after Court Sart) and reverse at

There was the option of carrying on after Court Sart on the same line down as far as Danygraig Halt where reversal will take place, so I was going to post....Cape Platform....but you have chosen a different route.
