(Noting in passing that Wadebridge had two stations at various times but they were only 200m apart)
(Also the rather nice bridge over Little Petherick Creek on the approach to Padstow - still in place as part of the Camel Trail. Looks like one to put on my walks list)

It follows the line of the Edinburgh and Dalkeith Railway
It then follows the line of the Peebles Railway
It then follows the line of the Edinburgh and Hawick Railway
It then follows the line of the Border Union Railway
It then follows the line of the Border Counties Railway
It then follows the line of the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway...using the North Wylam loop line
It then follows the line of the North Eastern Railway Main Line
It then follows the line of the Clarence Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Port Clarence
The first closed station on this journey is South Leith
