It then follows the line of the Wrexham, Mold and Connah's Quay Railway
It then follows the line of the Wrexham and Minera Railway
It then follows the line of the GWR Chester to Shrewsbury Line
It then follows the line of the GWR Gobowen to Oswestry Branch Line
It then follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Llanidloes and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Mid-Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Hay and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway
It then follows the line of the Ross and Monmouth Railway
It then follows the line of the Wye Valley Railway
It then follows the line of the Coleford Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Coleford
