We next move to Wales for the next journey......

This is number 310 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Abergavenny Brecon Road
It follows the line of the Merthyr, Tredegar and Abergavenny Railway
It then follows the line of the Brynmawr an Blaenavon Railway
It then follows the line of the Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway
It then follows the line of the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal
It then follows the line of the Pontypool, Caerleon and Newport Railway
It then follows the line of the Newport, Abergavenny Railway
It then follows the line of the Coleford, Monmouth, Usk and Pontypool Railway
It then follows the line of the Wye Valley Railway
It then follows the line of the Gloucester to Newport Line
It then follows the line of the South Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Barry Railway Company
It then follows the line of the Taff Vale Railway Maerdy Branch Line
The journey ends at the closed station of Maerdy

The first closed station on this journey is Abergavenny Brecon Road
