A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We next move to Wales for the next journey....

This is number 210 in the series so far....

The journey starts at the closed station of Clydach-on-Tawe
It follows the line of Swansea Vale Railway
It then follows the line of the Neath and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Mid Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Hay and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway
It then follows the line of the Gloucester to Newport Line
It then follows the line of the Bristol and Gloucester Railway....using the Fishponds line
It then follows the line of the Wessex Main Line (Heart of Wessex Line)
It then follows the line of the Wilts, Somerset and Weymouth Railway
It then follows the line of the Reading to Taunton Line (Langport and Castle Cary Railway section)
It then follows the line of the Bristol and Exeter Railway
It then follows the line of the LSWR Exeter to Plymouth (via Okehampton) Line
The journey ends at the closed station of Plymouth Friary

The first closed station on this journey is Clydach-on-Tawe
