You have missed Blue Pits, which was replaced (on a different site) by Castleton.

Blue Pits for Heywood was situated, in extremely close proximity on the other side of the road bridge to the existing Castleton station and as such, if you refer to the rules of this quiz on the very first posting of the thread, you will see that where a replacement station was opened in extremely close proximity to the original closed station (the example of the original station site of Llandudno Junction being cited), such a posting entry on this quiz will not be allowed.

Incidentally, out of general interest, Blue Pits for Castleton was served by a horse-drawn rail vehicle on the line to Heywood until 1848. I have a feeling that the former name for Castleton West Junction was that of Spinthread Junction. The matter of Blue Pits for Heywood and Castleton station sites had been a subject of discussions by PM nearly two years ago and a decision was made at that time, owing the extreme proximity of these not to allow Blue Pits for Heywood station to appear on this particular quiz.

Tyldesley

This remains the station from which the quiz continues.....with now only the final three closed railway stations to be shown.

We next move to England for the next journey....

This is number 173 in the series so far....

The journey starts at the closed station of Brownhills Watling Street
It follows the line of the Sutton Park line
It then follows the line of the Birmingham to Peterborough line
It then follows the line of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway
It then follows the line of the Great Yarmouth branch line
It then follows the line of the Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Lowestoft North

The first closed station on this journey is Brownhills Watling Street

Wiki states "Queniborough (circa 1944)" as the next station, but I can't find a source elsewhere to gave weight to such an usual entry. Instead, therefore, I shall say:

Brooksby
