We next move to north-west England for the next journey...

This is number 169 in the series so far...

The journey starts at the closed station of Knott End-on-Sea
It follows the line of the Garstang and Knott End Railway
It then follows the line of the Lancaster and Preston Junction Railway
It then follows the line of the North Union Railway
It then follows the line of the LYR Manchester to Preston Line
It then follows the line of the LYR Hilton House Branch
It then follows the line of the LYR Manchester to Southport Line
It then follows the line of the Manchester and Leeds Railway
It then follows the line of the Rochdale to Bacup Line
It then follows the line of the Bacup to Ramsbottom Line
The journey ends at the closed station of Stubbins

The first closed station on this journey is Knott End-on-Sea
