Fencote (bit of a grey area though - it's 'open' but not really a heritage station, more of a private museum)

as you say, these two are a bit of a grey area - they are privately-owned, but according to Wikki, their owners do allow the public on occasions; so they are not "heritage" stations, neither are they totally closed. Let's wait a ruling from Paul on his return!

Meanwhile, the next totally closed station should be:-

Bromyard.
