Hasn't the Stainmore Railway re-opened Kirkby Stephen East as a Heritage Centre?

It was quite a few months ago on this quiz, when I raised this point and asked for opinions, but at that time there was not a definite reply. This particular quiz journey was designed not so very long after that and has been waiting many months to come to the top of the pile for launching.

However, Kirkby Stephen East shall now be officially deemed to be an " OPEN heritage station" for purposes on this quiz in future times. As ever, my grateful thanks to you for your input.
