Originally, yes, but Cheltenham South and Leckhampton for most of its life. Or at the end Cheltenham Leckhampton.
The original name still retains its validity as this is what it was known for the first twenty-five years of it's existance. There was a similar discussion in the past on the line that has Rawmarsh on, when it was decided that as long as the name given was an actual name carried by the station at some period in its life, this is acceptable.

I had a feeling that naming Savernake Low Level would cause some problems for the naming of the station that followed it...
