We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 2044 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Abertafol
It follows the line of the Aberystwyth & Welsh Coast Railway
It then follows the line of the GWR Barmouth to Ruabon Line...via Arthog
It then follows the line of the Denbigh, Ruthin and Corwen Railway...via Corwen (original station)
It then follows the line of the Vale of Clwyd Railway...via Denbigh
It then follows the line of the Chester and Holyhead Railway...via Prestatyn (1st station)
It then follows the line of the Chester and Crewe Railway....via Waverton (1898-1959)...via Black Dog (1840-1898)
It then follows the line of the Crewe and Shrewsbury Railway...via Gresty
It then follows the line of the Shrewsbury and Birmingham Railway...via Abbey Foregate
It then follows the line of the Oxford, Worcester and olverhampton Railway...via Priestfield
It then follows the line of the GWR Bumble Hole Line...via Baptist End
It then follows the line of the Halesowen Railway...via Coombes Holloway Halt
It then follows the line of the Birmingham and Gloucester Railway...via Cofton
The journey ends at the closed station of Churchdown

The first closed station on this journey is Abertafol
