A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 1928 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Glasbury-on-Wye
It follows the line of the Hereford, Hay & Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester Railway...via Holme Lacy
It then follows the line of the GWR Gloucester to Newport Line...via Grange Court
It then follows the line of the South Wales Railway...via Marshfield...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Whitland and Cardigan Railway...via Llanfalteg Halt
The journey ends at the closed station of Cardigan

The first closed station on this journey is Glasbury-on-Wye
