Leicester Campbell Street

Does that invalidate it then for use in this direction?

It is quite some considerable while since the validity of this station was last raised. At that time, discussions by PM duly ensued and consensus was reached that as part of the existing open station of Leicester was constructed on the land area of the former Leicester Campbell Street, that particular station was therefore embargoed for use on this quiz as a posting submission and it was then decided that the station would be included with the shown examples of Rule 4 of the quiz in this respect.
