The station that you could not trace was that of Cwmbran (MR&C) which was still on the main line of this railway to the Newport area and opened in July 1852 and closed in April 1878)...............The station that you have named was on a connecting line to another railway

The plan I had in mind was to head down the connecting line to Llantarnam (GWR) which is on the Pontypool, Caerleon and Newport and reverse there. However if we are going the longer way round, that's fine.
