Hi,
maybe we could make uo together a list of all currently closed Lines because of the Winter Storms 2014.
England:
Dawalish Sea Wall currently closed after big damage, poss. open mid March
Fareham-Eastleigh via Botley closed , poss. open beg March
Tounton-Britol T.M flooded, Route via Castle Cary open
Didcot-Oxford partly flooded, few through FGW Services, XC Services suspended
London Paddington-Reading(GWML) flooded at Maidenhaed, many delays and partly suspensions
Staines-Windso closed and flooded, Paddington-Windsor still open, but maybe flooded by the next havy rainfalls.
Tonbridge-Hastings still closed
London-East Grinsted/Uckfield landslip at Oxted, Bus shuttle from one site of Oxted to the other
Wales:
Welshpool-Newtown flooded Trains are running with big delays.
Barmouth-Pwilhelli still closed.
Isle of Wight:
Ryde Pier Head-Shanklin closed because of a landslip at Sandown
