Classes not involved in accident's

Is there is Class of loco that has not been involved in a major accident whether it be recent or quite a while ago???

How do you define "involved in a major accident?"

Would you say 91132 (023) was involved in two accidents by virtue of it being present in the trains at Hatfield and Selby.

I'm pretty sure the class 90s are accident free, but atleast one has caught fire.

92s should be accident free too.

I don't think a Class 465 has ever been involved in an accident. I might be wrong mind you!

I believe 67002 was involved in an accident near Bristol where it collided into the back of a coal train, got stuck on a wagon and then collided into a bridge and was out of service for quite sometime.

I think most of the traction classes running around on the UK network have been involved in accidents at one time or another - if this thread can be expanded to include MUs then I think I can add classes 153, 170, 180, 185 have not been involved in major accidents.

Are you including accidents in depots?

lol! EMT refurbing a 153? That orange one (153321) is a HEAP! Also, it was 153374 which is an EMT liveried one with all the old FGW trash inside it. Ran through the gates on the spalding line yes

153322 has been in worse, back in Anglia days it hit an idiot in a lorry on the East Suffolk Line and derailed in the process.

If you look at the Number 2 end its still slightly deformed below the lights from the impact!
