TSA as "a Fare which entitles the Purchaser to use the trains of a single Operator only".

Is there a case for a holders of Any Permitted season tickets to take a class action law suit? Because they have paid more than they should do?
I am not a legal expert but I'd expect you have a good case, yes.
However this debate has been done to death many times, so there is no point debating it further unless new information comes to light.
