Class 90s for GC Euston to Blackpool North services from early 2020??

apologies if there is already a thread that has mentioned/covers this?

according to a video by "Nodrog" on YouTube (link attached below), Grand Central are set to start using Class 90s, likely from DB rather than ex LNER Class 91s on push/pull services from London Euston to Blackpool North beginning early 2020?.
