Class 90 Horn?

Hi all
Just seen a clip on Youtube and it shows a Class 90 doing a dixie horn:

Is it possible for Class 90s to do this?

You can tell it's fake - as you can't hear the Doppler effect nor did the cameraman jump when the horn blew!

Now that is class .

I was quite convinced by the 90, until I watched one of the related vids that had a 90 giving the 2 tones, that kind of ruined the magic .
