Does anyone know what is wrong with 88001? It appears to be in 'D' status at Gresty Bridge and hasn't moved for months, early November 2021 to be precise, although it did do a light engine 0Z14 Gresty Bridge-Carlisle Kingmoor on 14th April, returning the same day on 0Z06 (interesting allox GBNR as its next working - which I presume is Gresty Bridge Not Required). It was with 68006 on the return.

Also note 88009 worked down to Dagenham on 6L47 on 20th May, stayed there until 22nd May, when it was allot 6X43, which brought it back to Crewe, then onto Gresty Bridge, stayed there since. In N status to start with then to D, then back to N (allow GBBX - presumably Gresty Bridge B Exam) on 7th June, it appears to do a run to Madeley and back (LE/test??) on 7th or 8th June, then to X status. On 14th June, it was in T status and went to Kingmoor with 88002 as 0Z88. Appears to be have been put on 4S43 on 15th June, but then stayed at Mossend/Motherwell in T status until 28th June, when it did 4M27 to Daventry, a couple of trips since, but then has been Gresty Bridge in T or D status since. Is 88009 a problematic loco?

Just seems a bit odd to have 20% of the fleet out for large/lengthy periods of time. The others all seem to be quite active from what I can see.
