Class 86

Now i just bought WCML north add on and class 86 add on. I love them, but i cant drive them at all, i cant find relevant information online can anyone guide me or tell me how to drive them. I get them going but then after a station stop i never get it going again.

Thanks for this link. I'm new to train sims and RailWorks and the Class 86 was giving me problems.
