Class 745 diagrams

I think there are 2 745s in service Norwich to London at present. I think they stay on the save diagram reach weekday. Could someone be kind enough to post them please?

One has been doing
1P15 0740 NRW-LST / 1P18 1000 LST-NRW / 1P37 1230 NRW-LST / 1P38 1500 LST-NRW / 1P57 1730 NRW-LST / 1P62 2000 LST-NRW

and the other

1P11 0648 NRW-LST / 1P14 0900 LST-NRW 1P33 1130 NRW-LST / 1P34 1400 LST-NRW / 1P53 1630 NRW -LST / 1P58 1902 LST-NRW

NRW = Norwich
LST = London Liverpool Street

I saw a 745 running through Stratford around 12:15, looks to have been mileage or driver training - as it wasn't one of the passenger diagrams.

That explains why I've yet to see any - they're not going past my workplace during lunch...
