Apparently the ship to convey the next batch of 70s is docking soon to pick them up in the great lakes. Then its the race to get through the St Lawrence seaway before that closes (freezes over) for the winter. Thats the only way in/out to the North Atlantic.
So they should be here late December 2011. I guess still Newport. I am assuming its 70013-70017(or 18). There is a rumor that 70013 will not be unloaded in the UK but go on to Turkey for them to look at while building their own kit built version of the 70s. Then 70013 will travel to the UK via the Channel Tunnel. The UK 70s are not being built there though.
Usual caveats apply but I am sure we will soon know more (or otherwise ) !.
