Class 700 toilet vinyls

Finally seen a unit with the new vinyls in the toilets, to try and deter graffiti attacks.

It's a shame the ceilings don't get any treatment, although the interior is already darker as it is.

I like how the very same photos that show that something has been done about the graffiti on the walls show that there's still grafitti on the ceiling. Couldn't they put some grafitti-resistant material or design on the ceiling that wouldn't further darken the toilet interior?
