where abouts in York are Freightliner based?

There's a big "Freightliner" sign on the old Thrall (nee BREL) building in the loop bounded by the main line and the avoiding line so I'm thinking that it may be a hint.

I understood from what I had heard that 70 012 may be sent across with maybe the last batch,or on its own,but it was to be a replacement and not a repair.
