Are class 68's cleared for the line between Dartford and Gravesend? I have never seen one on the line

The sectional appendix for Kent does suggest they are cleared. Available to be viewed on the Network Rail website here - Network Rail Sectional Appendix, anything involving route SO310 would be relevant to Dartford - Gravesend.

DRS seem to have requested clearance for the 68s and 88s across most of the network, but they don't work over much of their route.

That is funny - "no published clearence" to Dungeness - the only place that they regularly run to !!!

They may be on a temporary certificate or other authority to cater for the fact the route is RA6 and the loco is RA7.
