They are operating for Transport for Wales (67010, 67015) or LNER (67028) and therefore not allocated via TOPS, since TOCs use Genius rather than TOPS.I see that 67010/015 and 028 are currently “under genius”, as I’m not familiar with TOPS would someone mind explaining what this is and the reasoning behind it?
