Hi,
Tomorrow I'm off to Barnetby for a day of trainspotting. I know that it can be a good place to see class 60s, but what services can I expect them to operate on?
Thanks!:)

Living along side the line at Elsham I can tell you not many class 60 workings since Freightline took over the iron ore working to Scunny. Class 60 are still on several daily tanker hauls. 14.25 (give or take and hour) on a Saturday is the light engine movement from Immingham TMD, typically 3-4 66's and 1-2 60's

Yeah, only one 60 at Barnetby working on Kingsbury to Humber Oil. Ended up going to Toton on the way back!

Only one class 60 on the Immingham light engine movement at 14.25 with a class 66. The Preston bitumin tankers normally hauled by a Colas class 60 was cancelled (14.30). The Jarrow tankers class 60 hauled went past at 20.30

The Preston train does run on a Saturday (nor does the Rectory Junction,
another Colas class 60 working due at Barnetby on weekday afternoons)

The Jarrow tankers class 60 hauled went past at 20.30
The Jarrow train only runs on (occasional) Wednesdays these days;
the train you saw will have been 6E59 from Kingsbury.
