Isn't that the issue though - that the locos are not serviceable hence the costly super 60 programme?
I'd love to see more back in service but the harsh reality is that unless demand suddenly increases then most stored 60s will never work again. And even if demand did suddenly rapidly increase DBS could simply bring back a load of 66s currently in Poland or elsewhere on the continent.
