Can anyone shed any light as to why 60045 is currently stabled in the sidings at Salisbury at the London end of the station? I've never know a 60 to pass through there unless it has failed on a p-way train?
It worked the ECS from Eastleigh for todays Cathedrals Express Salisbury to Ely hauled by 70000 Britannia. Presumably it will work the return ECS this evening. Strange choice of engine, presumably it was what happened to be available at Eastleigh.
