While at BHM today, saw 4 Class 66 trains that i had seen at Bescot eariler...
(087,146,181,102)
And was just wondering why all 4 would be on a move.

Also saw 3 class 60s going through Derby later that evening... one was 60072, cant remember the other two. The 60s were going for storage somewhere iirc.

Wouldn't have a clue about the 66's but 60075 was Involved in the movement of 5 class 60's to Crewe and None of the five emerged back out the shed as the two top and tailing the move were actually to be stored also and had been re-activated for the move I am lead to believe.

Currently all the 60s that are being moved to Crewe from Toton are "Stored Serviceable, no robbing to take place"
So in effect that means that DB can just pull a loco out of store for the move and store it once it reaches Crewe.
