If you could choose anywhere to have Class 50 haulage to on Railtours in 2012, where would be top of the list? It doesn't even have to be well known Hoover destinations, could include those off the beaten track.

I mean with the likes of Pathfinder Tours, Spitfire Railtours & Retro Railtours.

Please make constructive & pleasant comments.

I would take two from Leeds to St.Ives and Newquay. Possibly Torquay and Paignton too.

Anywhere north of Torquay to the Dartmouth Steam Railway, just to get through Paignton done!

I know this might sound either too ambitious or boring, but how about London Euston to London Kings Cross via Edinburgh?

I can hear the Hoovers pounding up Shap & Beattock along with The Royal Border Bridge.

Scarborough is a must, how about Whitby?

Portsmouth, Brighton, Weymouth & a trip around Kent would be good.

I also wonder if a 50 would be passed for Sheffield to Huddersfield via Penistone?

If it was at all possible, Skegness would be rare for a Hoover.

A re-run of the final BR Class 50 tour would be nice.

How about London St Pancras to Glasgow via S&C & G&SW?
