Class 483 ownership

The Class 483 units used on the Island Line are currently owned by Stagecoach SWT. When First/MTR take over the franchise, is it likely they’ll take over the ownership of the units or Stagecoach will lease them to SWR?

I wouldn't have thought they'd have any book value. Stagecoach paid £1 didn't they?

I'd have thought 'good riddance', would be far more likely. To lease them Stagecoach would be leaving themselves responsible for all sorts of future hassle.
