Looks great on all there units they currently own, But looks awful on a Class 465 (Lucky they have not got none!). Can't beat Network SouthEast toothpaste livery, suits the Class 465s well.

And 465935 Doesn't exist in the 2010 book of numbers, but 465235 does.

014 back in the Connex days. The set was really unreliable, so it spent most of the time out of traffic at Slade Green since 2001 with one or more things wrong with it! It even caught fire at Sevenoaks in 2007 (by now it seems it was re-fitted with 2+3 seating). I rode it a couple of times in the year 2000, saw it a few more times the following year, then never saw it again!
Also worth mentioning, 465037 was the prototype class 365 unit, it was put on display at Waterloo in the early 1990s. It was even re-numbered, becoming 465301 and was fitted with First class accommodation, tip up seats (to allow the refreshment trolley to be stowed when not in use) and public telephone facilities. I've read in old copies of "The Railway Magazine" that the unit has travelled up and down the ECML, attached to a class 317, to check for clearances!
There used to be a brilliant website describing how Networkers worked, it basically answered every question about them! Sadly the webmaster decided to close it down not long after the July 2005 terror attacks.

And seeing as they now run on my local line, I know a fair bit about them.

I really hope so, but doubt the refurbed ones will be up to the same standards as the Class 375/9s.
Reading the RM today, the midlife over-haul includes.... Bogie overhaul, Jumper cable change & overhaul, overhaul of air-conditioning, Electrical over-haul, door system will be over hauled and a repaint is planned too. It is planned the whole fleet will be completed by February 2012, with each unit taking ten working days per unit. This only mentions the 465/0 and 465/1s, so what about the 465/2s?

Don't forget the /0s and /1s are being turned into Javworkers ....

The Class 465 fleet are being refreshed with a new interior. Both Classes 465/0 & 465/1 are being refreshed at Railcare, Wolverton and Classes 465/2 & 466 are being refreshed at Wabtec, Doncaster. All trains will receive new flooring, retrimmed seats in new moquette and repainted handgrips & sanchlions. Class 465 235 is the first unit to be refreshed by Wabtec Rail, Doncaster. Class 465 019 is the first unit to be refreshed by Railcare, Wolverton.
The Class 465/9 fleet are to receive a heavy interior clean, at Southeastern's Gillingham depot, along with a retrim of the seat moquette, as the colours are beginning to fade.
