Thats a challenge

Have a look at Various Multiple Units on Facebook/instagram. I seem to recall you need multiple of one end to make a 4car 465 (DMSO i think).

Body shells sometimes crop up from time to time.

Have a look on eBay. There is a rather pricey boxes set in Connex livery then a rather intriguing 4 car class 365 bodies converted from 466s. These might be useful and they're cheap

You'd need at least three 466s to convert it to a 465 and there's no chance of that happening with that budget. You'd need one set just for the driving cars and you can leave them as is, but the other two you'd need to cut the cabs off to create two centre coaches, same with the chassis'.

Although if you're happy with just a 2 car 466 with a 465 number on it then that would be a lot easier and cheaper.
