The 455s are not allowed to run sandwiched with 456s unless required due to both cabs of the 455 requiring burying due to faults and permission via the wicc/fleet.
Ah cheers...only seen that during terstruns.

Buh? When the project is finished, all that will be left of the 460s will be four driving vehicles, with no passenger doors, no passenger windows and no motors (the vehicles in question have never had motors, the windows and doors are being fitted to the other four identical luggage vans). They're good for little other than parts & scrap
Hang on, surely we can think up a problem that they can be the solution to?!![]()

Lymington?
It's unfair...Southern get units that are virtually compatible with each other and we get a mish mash.:-x
Really? 442, 313, 377 are all none compatible. Seems to me not that different from SWT.
Any signs of any more movements north or south? All seems to have quiet in the past week or two.
As scottie said 4 posts ago, a difficult challenge to read back that far I know , 458530 is being delivered tonight/this morning. Currently in the down goods loop at Staines as I type. Very shiny!
Yes, I did miss that post, but I don't understand why you feel the need to have such an attitude.
Pretty sure there was a unit hidden in Wimbledon yard with a barrier wagon (or two) and a 47.Couldn't see from the tracks as a 455 was in the way.I take it that was 458530?
My humble apologies squire/ma'am. Clearly a small amount of jest and humour is lost on most in these forums.
Found another unit hiding.Bumped into 458503 (literally) for the first time.I know where it is,ner ner ner.
Actually it was where I suspected it was.

There are 22 units yet to be started if nothing has changed since the summary on the previous page.
503 isn't in testing and I think it's been hidden in Clapham for a little while.Im sure it was there weeks ago but I couldn't get close enough to get the number.
I took 'yet to be done' in the question to refer to the conversion at Doncaster. What happens when get back to Wimbledon is another puzzle altogether...
Can anyone ID the fifth car in 458530 please?
Thanks. Any idea which set is heading north tonight please?
