Class 444 & Class 450 Diagrams

Does anybody know what the Class 444 & Class 450 Diagrams are or how I can tell which service will be which. I'm looking for services at Eastleigh on a Thursday (18/04/19)

The planned formations cannot ever be guaranteed, but there is a permanent plan, and some of the third party train running info sites try to show train length, eg:

It’s the small number in brackets after the destination.

Well, I'm there from about 1230 up untill potentially 1700 so if you can do a few services that would be great
